The PMC Series of sensors can measure the thickness or basis weight of calendared rubber or vinyl products. Depending on the installation, either a transmission or backscatter sensor can be used. Using either fixed sensors or scanning frames, the PMC Control Console can provide right, left and center control of the gap. In addition, utilizing a combination of thickness and basis weight sensors the PMC System can provide thickness, weight and calculated density measurements
