The A•C•T C-Frame provides metals manufacturers continuous measurement of basis weight, coat weight or thickness of their web process. The C-Frame can be used in a continuous scan mode or single point mode.
Designed for web widths up to 84 inches (2100 mm), it traverses at speeds up to 6 inches per second. The frame can be top or bottom mounted to facilitate installation.
The A•C•T C-Frame is full featured and can accommodate x-ray, nucleonic, or coat weight sensors. It supports edge detection to assure full web-width measurement.
