The A•C•T PMC-D is a Differential Measurement and Control System designed to provide precise, accurate measurement of coatings & laminates as they are being applied to a substrate material. The system consists of two or more frames with scanning sensors (before and after coating). Each scanning frame has its own independent Intel processor for sensing head position, line speed and signal processing. A Windows 2000 ® based control console is used for operating parameters, assimilation of measured data, and presentation of all reports and displays on a flat panel, LCD, touch screen, color display.
