ADVANTAGE

The scraper conveyor was identified as the first set of major technical equipment in Henan Province in 2018. The middle trough is manufactured with advanced national technology, and its service life is more than 2 times longer than that of traditional casting and welding equipment. Through optimized design, the problem of easy wear such as the middle plate in the middle groove and the shovel plate is solved. The double-layer middle plate structure is adopted to ensure the consistent strength of the tank body and improve the reliability of the equipment. The cable trough is arranged in multiple channels to isolate cables, water pipes, hydraulic pipelines, etc., which is easy to maintain; at the same time, the double corrugated board cable trough structure is adopted to ensure rigidity.
